 This is the final OJO Magazine; a vision through culture, draft. This edition represents the American dream. OJO serves as a door home to any Hispanic residing in the U.S!

 For my feature article I only corrected grammatical errors and made sure my content made sense, I thought of maybe changing the font on the pull-out quote but decided not to because then it made it seemed less symmetrical and well-measured which is what my peers loved. I also did not want to touch my content page because that was my peer's favorite page of my magazine and if possible consumers like it, is a good sign.  Overall, I concentrated more on the cover because as I have mentioned in earlier blog posts, it's the consumer's first impression and I want it to cause an impact. I am very happy with my final product. I also thought of adding pictures to my feature article but I would've had to switch everything up and cut out text which is something I did not intend to do since I did not want my magazine to be like GQ's or Vogue's feature articles that have a page full of only a picture, I want it to have worth and interesting reading content.  I thought my idea of the black background with stars was inventive and it was but did not match with my whole content. It looked a little too much and colorful and I think it was because of the flags since they have many colors, also the dreamers in the cover were not outstanding from the background because of the dark color from it. I decided to edit the background from scratch and some people suggested that it could even look good with a white background but it will take the whole meaning away and I don't want my project not to mean anything therefore, I chose something white with significance:  I also switched the American flag to a one with better quality since the one I used in my 1st draft was blurry:  It is ironic because it's the complete opposite of a night sky full of stars but clouds in the sky can be associated with dreamers that want to go high in life, so this is how it looks so far:  Personally, I feel that in this way, they look more powerful, which ...

 After completing my magazine, my teacher made us present what could be said our final products for now. The feedback I received made me feel satisfied with the effort I had put into my project since only the cover page took me more than 10 hours to complete since I am not an expert with the software required to be used. Still, I did miss some essential parts of a cover of a magazine. One of my peer's suggestions was to add a selling line, which with everything that was going on in my cover, I completely forgot to leave a space for it because I wanted to fit so much into it but it ended up looking a bit too congested instead of attractive. I plan to move my masthead to the top and above my feature article to make it more recognizable. It was also said that there were too many colors, but with the inclusion of the flags, which was something very liked as well, it makes it hard to find something to match every color, what I think I will do is have a more simple background-color and t...

This is my first draft and for a person that had near from little to no experience with the assigned editors, I feel satisfied with what I have accomplished. Hope you like it!
